Trading cards are condition-based, rarity-based, and price-sensitive. Even minor handling can affect value. For this reason, we maintain strict return standards to ensure all items remain authentic, untampered, and accurately represented.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund only under the following circumstances:
1. Wrong Item Received

2. Item Damaged During Shipping

Includes bends, creases, water damage, or crushed packaging

Due to the fragile and collectible nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns for:

Any item sold as “AS-IS,” “Damaged,” “Moderate Play,” or “Heavily Played”

Lost or stolen packages with incorrect address provided by the customer

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

📦 Return Approval & Shipping Process
If your return request is approved:
